It has been a good challenge and interesting to see how everything works and is organised things behind the scenes.
During the first few weeks of school, I was able to take the Year 8 Leaders to the PALs course at the Kaiapoi Rugby Club, where they picked up a few skills on how to best teach sport and adapt games to suit those of all ages.
On Thursday I was able to take those who qualified at Pegasus Zone Swimming to the North Canterbury Champs. They did a fantastic job with our relay teams coming 3rd and 1st in each respective race.
